These problems put people, inventory, and the building at risk, and they happen on their own schedule. Our regular office hours are Monday–Friday, 7 a.m.–6 p.m., but we respond to emergencies 24/7.
On an emergency call our job is to make it safe and secure first: stop the water, board the opening, secure the door, isolate the problem. Then we send photos and a plan for the permanent repair. Maintenance companies get the documentation their platform needs; owners get a straight answer about what happens next.
