Request Pressure WashingClean walkways and walls, without damaging the building
In the Puget Sound climate, walkways turn green and black, gum and grime build up at entrances, and dumpster areas get unpleasant fast. We pressure wash commercial sites store by store for maintenance programs, usually finishing a full site (walkways, drive-through, receiving area, canopy, and dumpster area) in a single day.
We use the right method for each surface: surface cleaners for even, stripe-free concrete; wand detail work for curbs and corners; and softwashing (low pressure plus a cleaning solution) for siding and painted walls, which pressure can damage.
What we clean
How pricing works
Pressure washing is priced by square foot for each surface type (flatwork, walls, curbs), plus chemicals and setup where softwash is needed. We measure on site or from your site plan and send an itemized quote. Water is usually taken from the building's exterior spigots; we'll confirm access before the visit.
