By accessing our website at yourseattlehandyman.com, submitting a service request, or opting in to receive communications from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms of Service govern your use of the services provided by Your Seattle Handyman, a licensed and insured handyman and commercial maintenance company operating in Greater Seattle and King County, Washington (WA License YOURSSH744J3).

When you provide your mobile phone number and consent to receive text messages, you are opting in to the Your Seattle Handyman Messaging Program. This program is used to communicate with current and prospective clients about:

• Technician arrival and on-the-way notifications
• Service updates and job status notifications
• Invoices, estimates, and payment-related communications
• Follow-up messages after completed service visits

Your Seattle Handyman provides residential and commercial handyman, maintenance, and construction services throughout Greater Seattle and King County. Services include but are not limited to general maintenance, plumbing repairs, electrical work, interior construction, doors and windows, exterior building, roofing and weatherproofing, grounds maintenance, restroom and breakroom upkeep, and safety and compliance work.

All services are performed by or under the supervision of licensed and insured professionals. We reserve the right to decline service requests at our discretion.

Estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of request. Final pricing may vary based on the actual scope of work discovered on-site. Payment terms will be communicated prior to work beginning. We reserve the right to require a deposit for larger projects.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Your Seattle Handyman shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services or these Terms of Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
