Request Restroom RepairA working restroom is part of being open for business
Customer restrooms take more abuse than any other room in a building. A toilet that won't flush, a fan that's quit, or lights that won't turn on means an "out of order" sign and unhappy customers. Restroom problems usually involve several trades at once (plumbing, lighting, a door, ventilation), and we handle all of them on one work order.
We fix what's broken, clean up after ourselves, and close out with before/after photos so the store manager and the maintenance company both know it's done.
Restroom and break room services
Common restroom problems we fix
Toilet clogged or running
The most common restroom work order. Cleared or repaired the same day in most cases.
Exhaust fan not working
Moisture and odor build up fast. We find out whether it's the fan, the switch, or the duct, and replace what failed.
Lights won't turn on
A switch, fixture, or bulb issue, diagnosed on the first visit with photos of what we found.
Door won't close or frame cracked
Temporary screws don't last in high-traffic restrooms. We repair or replace the frame and hardware.
