Request Exterior WorkThe outside of your building is your first impression
Seattle weather leaves its mark fast: green algae on siding, black streaks on walkways, and graffiti that seems to come back overnight. A clean, freshly painted exterior makes a store look open and cared for, and keeping it that way is cheaper than letting it slide.
We handle everything from a single-day pressure wash of walkways, drive-through, and dumpster areas to complete exterior refreshes for national retail locations: softwash, pressure wash, masking, prep, and repaint in the brand's colors. We also fix what we find along the way, like rotted fascia, loose trim, and failed caulk.
Exterior building services
Common exterior problems we fix
Green or black streaks on siding
Algae and mildew from our wet climate. Softwashing kills the growth instead of just blasting it, so it stays clean longer.
Stained entrance and walkways
Gum, grime, and oil build up fast in high-traffic areas. A surface cleaner gives an even, stripe-free finish.
Graffiti on walls or fences
Covered quickly to match the surface. Fast removal discourages repeat tagging.
Peeling paint or rotted trim
Moisture gets in where paint fails. We repair the wood, seal joints, and repaint before it spreads.

FAQ

Softwashing uses low pressure and a cleaning solution to kill algae and mildew on siding and painted surfaces without damaging them. Pressure washing uses high pressure for hard surfaces like concrete. Most buildings need softwash on the walls and pressure washing on the flatwork.
